Proactive budget monitoring means we actively track your NDIS spending and alert you to potential issues — such as tracking to overspend or underspend — before they become problems. Rather than waiting for you to notice, we reach out to you.
How often will I receive budget updates?
You receive a monthly statement showing all transactions and remaining balances. If we notice a significant issue between statements — such as an unusually large invoice or a budget running low — we will contact you directly.
Does budget monitoring cost extra?
No. Budget monitoring is included as part of our plan management service, which is funded by the NDIS under your "Improved Life Choices" budget. There is no additional cost to you.
What happens if I am tracking to overspend?
We will contact you as soon as we identify the trend and discuss your options. This may include reviewing your service bookings, adjusting provider hours, or requesting an unscheduled plan review if needed.
